Transactions and Refunds
2. All transactions made through BizList.gr, including subscriptions and purchases, are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction with BizList.gr, you acknowledge and agree that the purchased services or content are non-refundable and not subject to returns or cancellations.
Content and Intellectual Property
3. All content found within BizList.gr, including but not limited to characters, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Core Tech Logic Srl or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. BizList.gr and all its components are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties of any kind. Core Tech Logic Srl expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Core Tech Logic Srl, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use BizList.gr; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on BizList.gr; (iii) any content obtained from BizList.gr; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Changes to Terms
6. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
