1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to bizlist.gr. Your use of our service is subject to these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using bizlist.gr, you fully accept and are bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

bizlist.gr provides:

• Business search: Find companies by activity codes (KAD/NACE), location, name
• Company information: Publicly available information from official registries
• Lead export: Export contact information to CSV (requires credits)
• AI analysis: Financial document analysis using artificial intelligence (requires credits)
• Email campaigns: Send professional emails (requires Premium)
• API access: Programmatic access to data (requires API credits)

3. User Account

Registration

Registration requires a valid email address. You can also sign in via Google OAuth.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

The data we provide comes from public commercial registries:

• General Commercial Registry (GEMI) - Greece
• Bulgarian Commercial Register - Bulgaria
• Companies Registration Office - Ireland
• Department of Registrar of Companies - Cyprus

5. Premium and Credits

Types of Credits

• Lead Credits: For exporting contact information
• AI Credits: For financial document analysis
• API Credits: For API calls

Credit Validity

Credits are valid for at least 12 months from the date of purchase and do not expire without 30 days prior notice.

Refunds

Credits and Premium subscriptions are non-refundable after use or activation.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

6. Permitted Use

The data may be used for:

• B2B lead generation: Finding potential clients for professional communication
• Market research: Industry and market analysis
• Due diligence: Evaluating partners, clients, suppliers
• Business intelligence: Monitoring corporate developments
• Professional communication: Sending collaboration proposals

7. Prohibited Use

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Spam: Mass sending of advertising emails without consent (Greek Law 3471/2006)
• Harassment: Repeated communication after refusal
• Resale: Distribution or sale of data to third parties without permission
• Scraping: Automated data extraction beyond the API
• Exceeding limits: Bypassing rate limits or usage restrictions
• Competitive service: Using the platform or API to create a competing service
• Illegal activities: Any use that violates the law

8. Email Campaigns

If you use the email campaigns feature, you agree that:

• You will comply with GDPR and Greek Law 3471/2006 (electronic communications)
• You are solely responsible for the content you send
• You act as the data controller for the communications you send - BizList only provides the technical infrastructure
• You will respect unsubscribe requests
• You will not send advertising content without prior consent

9. API Terms

Use of the API is subject to the following terms:

• Rate limiting: There are limits on the number of requests per time period
• Security: API keys must be kept confidential
• Usage: Only permitted for legitimate business purposes
• Abuse: Exceeding limits or misuse will result in deactivation

10. Intellectual Property

Platform Rights

The bizlist.gr platform, including its design, code, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Core Tech Logic Srl.

Public Data

Business data originates from public registries. We do not claim ownership of this data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data
• We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Tech Logic Srl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal use of the service
• Violation of third-party rights
• Content of email campaigns you send

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law.

For any dispute, the courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

• For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree, you may terminate your account

16. Termination

By You

You can close your account at any time. Unused credits are not refunded.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account in case of:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Illegal activity
• Non-payment of dues
• Extended inactivity

17. General Terms

• Severability: If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect
• Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between us
• No waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
